The food we eat has a lot to do with our health and wellness. While some food can build our bodies, some others can damage the system and we must stay away from such foods.

Eggs are dairy products produces by female animals like; Amphibians, reptiles birds, and fish. And some of these eggs are consumed by humans daily.

Well, but the most common egg we consume is the fowl’s egg. An egg is a nutritional food, and it contains a high level of fats and vitamins, which is essential for healthy growth and development. It can be said to be one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.

Despite the health benefits attached to eating eggs, when consumed the wrong way it can be harmful to the system.

  1. Banana and Egg

It is unhealthy to combine these 2 foods even though its common, it not right. Bananas contains some level of acid, which can be dangerous when eaten with eggs. It could even make you fall sick.

This one is pretty clear and doesn’t need many explanations just know that Alcohol and egg are a very bad combination, and for your health, avoiding mixing both.

  1. Sugar

Consuming both egg and sugar simultaneously causes the amino acid realized from them to become toxic to the body. Whatever you do, don’t combine both.

  1. Soft Drinks

Soft drink and minerals like; Coke, that contains gases should not be eaten side by side with eggs. This is dangerous and bad for the health.
